That's par for the course though, isn't it? From research I've done online, every rental agency in Ireland does this.
Anyway, I did more dummy searches today and it looks like the screenshot in my OP might have been a mistake after all. Pricing is showing up much higher now, and CDW/theft are no longer free. Oh well, I should still be able to opt out with whoever I go with.
