No longer - with the new IB system which I believe is now fitted to all aircraft, it's now a 50MB voucher valid for 30 minutes. Still quite low, but substantially more than before.

QR F gives a voucher for the full flight (with a 200MB limit IIRC). That said, all pax get a small amount (20MB?) of free wi-fi, or 30 (?) minutes, if travelling on a wi-fi equipped aircraft (350/787/380).
