Although you have ample knee room, and leg room is definitely good enough, you cannot fully stretch your legs out like you can when you have the void underneath the seat in front. Pick 2A. MSP mentioned FEBO. Although this is a fairly reliable practice on mainline flights, I have never once had it followed on a RJ. Meal orders have always been taken front to back. That of course assumes that you are on a long enough flight to get a meal

Even if you do, meals these days have really gone downhill.
