I was able to get phone booking fee waived.
Does this apply to PLO as well? It's Qantaslink operated and cost a fair penny to get to from ADL!

I once observed expertflyer showing U inventory available on MEL/BNE operated by Qantaslink B717, but BA agents in Manchester couldn't find that availability for redemption.

Is ASP an exception or has the policy changed?
