OP - if you're a tall passenger, and with 3 separate CE trips coming up around a busy travel period, you might want to cross fingers that the moving curtain stretches back far enough to incorporate exit row with the extra space it offers. Although - as others have remarked - service / speed of delivery would be more reliable in row 1.
