Re: "top tier membership", I think IC Ambassador ($200/year) gives the best value for most people who cannot achieve Globalists. Why do you think that Globalist benefits are better here with PH than Royal Ambassador with Parnas?
Agreed. Even though I have yet to see any IC that I'd pay 70k for. My valuation is based on points required compared with hotel quality and published rates.
Royal Ambassador isn't an achievable status anymore so IMHO it's impossible to compare it with Hyatt Globalist. Yet, for anyone who doesn't stay a lot at hotels I usually recommend either Hilton Gold via Fast Track or in fact to buy IHG Ambassador especially since it now comes with Platinum. Very little effort for upfront status.
