Reservation 92599083. My husband book 7 nights stay here for his business. The last 2 nights I flight from Vancouver and want to joy him for the trip. They ask for the marriage certificate and don’t let me check in, who the hell bring the marriage certificate when traveling. They event ask the security guy to kick me out, my husband try to talk to the GM but they don’t let us to. At the end we have to check out 2 nights earlier and book 2 more nights at the Le Meridien Saigon. We stay at Le meridien saigon and Riverside Saigon under Marriott for over 20 time but never get cheat like .... like that. Never going back, really bad hotel.

As discussed via email, please be kindly clarified that under Vietnamese Regulations, for a Vietnamese Citizen to share a Hotel room with a non-Vietnamese Citizen, then marriage certificates are required. I am disappointed that I was unavailable last night to speak directly with you and your husband.
When your travel plans bring you back to Ho Chi Minh City, we hope that you will once again return to the Sheraton Saigon Hotel and Towers as this will enable us to show you that this isolated incident is not indicative of the usually high level of service we offer.
