Same problem with Qantas Menu Select for 2nd time

We are due to fly out business class in 2 days time to USA..I have been trying on & off for about 5 days to get Menu Select to work on the Qantas page.under manage my bookings.I called Qantas & did the call me back feature & it took 1 1/4 hours to finally get a call only to be told "Yes,we know it is a problem & we are working on it " I later contacted Qantas via their Facebook Page PM > this was 3 days ago & the bot suggested I click talk to a real person & it took 1 1/2 hours for a real person to come on line - only to be told "We have raised this as query with our team but do not have a time line as to when it will be fixed.,we will give you an update when it is fixed." So much for paying to fly with business class with Qantas & expecting to actually get prompt service or them being capable to sort out their website problems in an effiicent manner. My husband & I had this exact same problem when we flew back from New York to Australia last year - Menu Select also had not been working for the week previous to our flight back then & was still not working right up to the cut off 12 hours before the flight.I can't help but wonder when is Qantas ever going to employ IT people who actually know what they are doing & can fix problems on their websites ?
