$2000 discount economy -> business on BA?

So says this article: http://misc.biztravel.com/CPageUtil_...RSNSVXOLKULPVU (scroll down to last block of text):

THE WEEKLY WONDER:

BA's Shocking Summer Bargains

Traffic to Europe is plummeting and that has forced major players like British Airlines (800-AIRWAYS) to react creatively. BA's new offer, London for Free, has several lovely perks, great fares and some shocking surprises. The basic offer--roundtrip fares as low as $358 to 46 destinations in Britain and Europe--includes three free hotel nights in London and extends until September 12. But here's shocking surprise No. 1: Fares only require a 7-day advance purchase from June 1 and no advance purchase for travel before May 31. And here's shocking surprise No. 2: Upgrades to BA's sumptuous business-class cabin from the cheap summer fares to London are available for just $2,000 roundtrip. BA didn't officially announce the upgrade program, but it's in the computers for the booking.
