Determine what is the oneway distance of your destination. Then look up the chart.

You may book your travel with anyone.. TA/ website / BA... but you must adhere to some rules. If it's an e-ticket, CX can process upgrade internally. See: http://www.asiamiles.com/am/1,,22535...2_eng_,00.html

Travel does not have to originate from UK !
