I assume you mean Blue Business Plus rather than Blue for Business.
Not all transfers are of equal value. Have you compared Capital One's transfer partners and ratios to the American Express partners and transfer ratios, to see how they match your requirements? If you are expecting to transfer to
nearly every airline
or on a 1:1 basis you would be disappointed.
