I'm staying frequently at both properties and yes - the PH is much better! Their pool sucks though and the IKEA rugs need to go. Breakfast at Cornerstone is excellent while the restaurant at IC Parnas is a joke. At least Parnas has a good Club (at a fee).
Totally different hotel concepts though. I can't think of any IC that has PH Standard especially in combination with top tier membership.
Though "nowadays" some IC hotels require 70,000/night, IC hotels have been 60,000/night for awhile. Therefore, 40,000/night for IC Parnas is/was still cheap for the quality and location. What are you basing your valuation on?
Re: "top tier membership", I think IC Ambassador ($200/year) gives the best value for most people who cannot achieve Globalists. Why do you think that Globalist benefits are better here with PH than Royal Ambassador with Parnas?
