Not too many comments - figured I would add one after a great Memorial Day weekend stay. New(er) management at this hotel, and it shows.
Not your typical "aspirational property", but this hotel (currently branded as Hyatt Regency Green Bay) is a family favorite for us. Up until the latest deval, this was a steal as a category 1, now sadly a category 2. Green Bay is a very underrated destination, unless you are a Packers fan, but there's a surprising variety of family friendly activities in the area. Door County is about an hour away, Wildlife Sanctuary and Bay Beach amusement park offer free or nearly free entertainment, National Railroad Museum is a hidden gem - and of course, football-related stuff for those who enjoy that kind of thing.
It's an older building (standard Embassy Suites build), but is reasonably well kept up. All rooms are suites, with corner units being much larger "Executive Suites" - the only negative are small bathrooms. Breakfast is great, and won't break the bank even if you have to pay for it ($12.50 for adults and $5 for kids), although I highly recommend skipping hotel breakfast and going to Pancake Place. Downstairs pub has decent food at prices cheaper than "Gallery menu" at a Hyatt Place.
A large indoor pool with adjacent hot tub as well as sauna and steam room are very nice, but can be overrun with kids when the hotel is at high occupancy.
