I had about the same thing happen to me. It took the hotel six weeks to charge my credit card. I received the folio right away. I can't see any real harm in this. The hotel was always in the right to charge me for the stay and I have been expecting the charge all the way. If they had charged me it right away - fine. Six weeks later? Odd, but still fine.
