The best cabin crew experience I've ever had was in long haul F on AA.
So there, it all is down to the individual flight attendant, not the company as a whole.
True it boils dowwn to individuals and if they got off the wrong side of the bed !
However if we as CUSTOMERS do not speak up to the "manager" on board or write to AA we will continue to get lousy service !
