I see you never received a reply. Also wanting to cancel an IB holiday to Cuba. It also seems to be through BA holidays when looking at the small print. Paid 99 euros as deposit. Tried calling IB but as usual rubbish customer service and had to leave an answer phone message with no return phone call received. (why are IB so poor with customer service)? Anyone cancelled IB holiday before?
