I stayed at this property recently (1 night stay only). Here is a brief overview:

-Location: Great location if you're wine tasting in Paso Robles (Central CA). The Springhill is right off the highway exit and in close proximity to MANY wineries. The way is to Uber from location to location or pay for a local tour service. You can drive yourself, but the road is pretty windy so probably a bad idea if you're planning to drink a lot of vino.

-Room: Clean property -- standard Springhill Suites layout.

-Amenities: This is where I noticed a difference from traditional SS properties. They have a nice wine bar in the hotel and a restaurant. I didn't eat the the restaurant, but menu had a variety of items that pair well with wine. I saw a few plates come out and food looked great. Much better than traditional SS. This location also had a nice pool -- not large by any means, but clean with a nice area to tan or have a day with kids at the pool.

Overall, great hotel as far as Springhill goes.
