Here is a current as in 2 days ago 😆 report of JFK-MEX on AM409 with their 787-9 in business class. As has been reported the food won’t win an award but the seats on this bird are very comfortable and private ( I was traveling solo ) so for me it was worth it with just that. I connected onto AM 28 with a 3 hour layover and maybe I was lucky as it took me roughly 10 minutes to get through customs to connect. Maybe it depends on the time of day you are arriving? Anyway hope my review helps someone
