They don't even state a time frame any more.
There was some discussion of that no-date-range wording back last summer, but subsequent DPs show they didn't really mean once-in-a-lifetime. My guess is it's more like they'll say no if it's too obvious you're just doing it repeatedly for the bonus? (Not sure it qualifies as "churning" at one every 2 years.)
