Hmmmm, this is the exact reason I was looking at this thread. Wife and I flew ord-doh-sgn-ord. QR r class. Outbound credited within a week. Requested credit for return. Denied: “already credited to QR”. Odd, nothing in my QR acct, and the wife doesn’t have a QR acct.
Initially figured that qr doesn’t like something about me. Last two flts doh-ord and got “ssss” on each. Guess it’s not just me.
