105, 111, 140, 285 & N9 all go to Central Bus Station for T3. The first four terminate there, N9 goes on to T5.

All bus travel to and from Harlington Corner and the terminals is free, so from hotel to airport just cross the Bath Road - it’s about a minute depending on traffic/pedestrian light changes. The exact stop from airport to hotel will depend on the bus number, but it’ll all come under Harlington Corner. Some stop directly outside or directly opposite, some have a 70 yard walk, but it’s quickest just to get on the first one whatever the number.
