The Water taxi is a few blocks away, but Downtown London is 3 miles away. Sometimes the water taxi is the only way to go due to strikes by the rail, etc.

If you look at the photo of the hotel, all the brownstone buildings to the left have restaurants and all the tall buildings on the right are new corporate offices for a variety of companies. Nice area, but there was still some minor construction going on in late June when I was there.
