Hi,
I would probably go for 4K ( slightly further away from any potential galley noise which is behind 5k)
I might go for 5K if 4EF were taken and 5EF were free ( so there would be no one on the other side of the aisle if you were 5K) but you may not be able to guarantee this and on a daytime flight some noise from the galley might be less imporant to me (YMMV)
