The 354-room DoubleTree by Hilton Houston Downtown at 400 Dallas Street in Allen Center will become the C. Baldwin Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton in September according to the Houston Chronicle.

The new-build, dual-brand Tru/Homewood Tower Road, Denver Airport looks to open in a few weeks. They currently have new shuttle vans and are doing hard hat tours this week.
