The prices are still high markups compared to city prices, however, the domestic area must be better compared to the international area.
By the way, if you're TK*S ( Classic Plus ) or higher, you could benefit from the domestic lounge.
Also, you could ask to be placed to an earlier IST-ADB flight at the transfer desk if there is availability. A free same day change for an earlier flight is free for all passengers from four hours until their actual scheduled departure time. However, if you have bags, ask them if your bag would make it, before accepting the earlier flight.
And, still, no PriorityPass Lounges and there wouldn't be any until the SkyTeam Lounge in the international terminal opens.
