Update to my own topic.

Flew PG from Bangkok on the weekend. Yes the Blue Ribbon lounge is a separate and slightly better offering than the usual PG lounge. I used some Bangkokflyer miles to redeem a lounge entry. Wine & Beer available but not on display, they are out the back in the kitchen on request. As a wine drinker, the staff were quick to pour a glass and refill on request. Nothing outrageous on offer, just two plastic South African wines, but fine for the lounge.
Lounge is adjacent to Gate D7, so a bit of a trek from the usual PG departure gates in C concourse.
