May I enquire, how long was your layover in Dubai? And how long did it take you to transfer, say from the time aircraft landed/got off aircraft to the time you reach DWC? The website says at least 4 hours and that's really all I have.....
My layover was about 6 hours. I didnt keep a close eye on time but I think I had to wait about half an hour for the bus. From memory they run every half an hour so must have just missed one. The bus goes from T3 to T2, then DWC. The timetable has it leaving T2 half an hour after T3 so if traffic is good, you could potentially make up some time by getting a taxi to T2 if the maths works out. I think it was about 1.5 hours from T3 to DWC when I did it around 6:30/7:00 am. Maybe another 0.5/0.75 hours from plane to bus stop but I stopped to use the toilet/have a look at duty free/make sure my luggage wasn't going to come out on the belt so wasted a bit of time.

You should be fine as long as you don't get stuck in a mega traffic jam.
