The issuance of the bulkhead seat is not an entitlement. I don't think its owed to me. People on here are so quick to judge. I am concerned for all parties involved. I know if I was stuck in front of a pregnant mom and lap infant I would be in for a long and unenjoyable flight and wondering why this person didnt think to ask for a bulkhead seat. This is for our comfort as much as it is for the other passengers comfort. That is exactly the statement I made to the Agent who then proceeded to tell me to restrain my child in order for the other passengers to not cause a scene or be upset. That was not the right thing to say.

Our flight was changed. The Equipment was changed forcing our row 10 bulkhead to no longer be in Economy. I have read numerous people be rerouted due to this fact. A change of equipment is grounds for a refund or change of itinerary. That is what I was requesting and like many on here all the agent choose to hear was "I didnt get a bulkhead so now I am sour". Sorry I am not that type of person.

I am the last person to want to inconvenience any one. I have no entitlement issues. I wouldn't even be a platinum if it weren't for me having to fly back and forth overseas every month to visit my child and wife.

I wasn't trying to be judgmental, just legitimately confused about your situation. I understand your frustration, but sometimes we just have to accept what is and hope for the best.
