At first I suspected rack rates were loaded before discounts but one day during golden well 2020 has been loaded at a deep discount. I still suspect that discounts will come because other hotels including the local Hilton remain reasonable.
Generally speaking (not just this property), it's pretty common that rates are sky high months out. I wonder who in their right mind books non-refundable hotel rooms for $500-700 9-12 months in advance.
