4/25 - regular passport book renewal mailed to TX.
4/28(Sunday) - delivered to PO box.
5/1 - email with locator number, check cashed.
5/8 - email about finished processing and expected arrival before 5/14.
5/11 - new passport arrived.

So 16 days door-to-door non-expedited. Very surprised at the quick turnaround after reading this thread.
