It's impossible to say.
UA, like every airline, goes to a lot of trouble to make it impossible to predict their prices. It's not in the airlines' best interest for there to be an answer to your question.
It's possible that the price will rise again; it's possible that it will drop. "1 ticket at this price" likely means "if we sell one more ticket, the price will rise," but it doesn't mean that the price won't drop again if sales fail to meet their target.
Generally, the best prices for UA airfare are sometime between 8 and 2 weeks prior to departure, but there's no hard-and-fast rule.
If you'd care to share the destination and travel date, someone can offer a guess. Without that information, it's hard to say much more than "maybe."
