The rules are different for FCL and FCT.
FCL: arriving same day F boarding pass is sufficient. FCL can be used as an arrivals lounge.
FCT: not usable as an arrivals lounge; only usable for departures. Must be departing in F, or connecting on the same ticket from an arrival in F.
