Sorry if this has been asked many times before, but I just wanted to clarify, and be sure.

If myself + companion are on 1 PNR (I'm Gold), we both have an opportunity for CPU to clear starting at T-48?

If we are not upgraded automatically and I decide to OLCI at T-24, the PNR will be automatically split, and I will be the only one that remains on UG list?
If so, I should request my companion be added back to the UG list at airport?

I'm in a situation where I'd rather split the PNR and have 1 of us upgraded to F and one in E+, than try for 2 in F.

What would be the best way for me to proceed?
