I just returned from a flight from Maui to San Diego. Boarding passes for both me and my wife were on my phone and there was no problem showing TSA and the gate attendant the boarding passes that way. Many people in front of me also had the 2 boarding passes on one phone. I was thinking of paying the extra for the premium seats but there were so many seats open in the middle to back of the plane that many people had a full row to themselves. The premium section was full as I think that is where they upgrade the MVPs. My wife and I originally had 2 aisle seats across from each other and switched to an empty row and had an empty middle seat between us. I would buy food ahead of time if possible. We were late and bought a sandwich and protein plate on the plane as they were out of other options. Not too bad but not great for $9.95. Download the app from Alaska's website for viewing movies for free before you go. There is a better selection than what is on the tablets that cost $10.
