MEM TSA warning travelers about bringing liquid BBQ sauces and BBQ rubs in carryon bags:
Seems like a rehash of "old news" re: TSA and its war on liquids; except for this interesting quote from the TSA spokesman:
"And just like the sign says, Howell recommended travelers check their dry barbecue rubs to avoid further "sticky situations," as the TSA’s technology may be sensitive when it comes to spices. "
Sensitive to spices?
Does no one find it unusual that the TSA detection process is "sensitive to spices"? That was the item that caught my attention in the article. Seems "strange"...
