I flew first class on a flight in 1974 (with Stevie Wonder across the aisle) that had the upstairs lounge. No piano, though....

My favorite was CO who had bars in their DC10s where you could sit and have a beverage and popcorn. This was for any class passenger; I was flying coach at the time. I often had such equipment between Chicago and LAX in the mid 70s.
