Really cool to see everyone pitching in and Jon working his magic to see if this one can get fixed.
I'll be really curious as to how it turns out - hopefully AA does something to keep it as-is, but can't they also downgrade to Y with nothing more than a partial refund of points, and OP would have no recourse?
