First, if you arrive at Istanbul at 11:25, it would be tough that you would make the 12:00 tour as you need to be present at the designated point 15 minutes before the tour. It would really depend on where your aircraft had parked in the terminal or in a remote stand. If you want to know, if you're eligible for the hotel, please refer to the dedicated thread in the Turkish Airlines forum. Be aware that you could only benefit from one of the tours so you could either choose the free tour or the free cruise. Also, be aware that the tours and the cruises depart from the airport so if you're eligible for the hotel option, you need to travel to the airport on your own expense to attend the tour or the cruise. If you are planning to take the Bosphorus Experience ( not part of Touristanbul ), the price is not worth it.
