Have I mucked things up?

Fearing the May 30th changes, I just booked a BAEC award ticket for a LAX-HNL roundtrip on AA for travel in 2020.

I repeated what I had done the last time I used Avios for AA flights and deleted my BAEC number while making the booking, then went to AA.com, pulled up my reservation, added my AAdvantage number and chose seats.

But then I did something differently and went back on BA's site and added my BAEC number back into the reservation - for some inexplicable reason.

So now when I'm on AA it shows the booking with the Sabre locator and my AA number, and when I'm on BA's site it shows the Amadeus locator and my BAEC number.

Could this pose any problems down the line when the two FFPs interface, for instance if there's a schedule change and AA communicates it to BA? (Travel won't occur for 8 months so that prospect is not unlikely). Or is there another can of worms my actions have potentially exposed me to?

I usually worry needlessly, hoping your replies reaffirms this! TIA
