I stayed here for four nights last November when it was called Casa Fayette. I'd stay there again. I remember being told that they'd given me an upgraded room but it didn't have a balcony so looking at the web site now I'm not sure what room I ended up with.
Very nice Design Hotel booked through Marriott. By the book Design Hotel benefits so I booked a rate including breakfast. The breakfast is quite a basic continental buffet with hot dishes available at additional cost. The restaurant is a destination in its own right and I had a nice meal there one evening.
The pictures on the web site give you a good idea of the hotel's design. It was being used for a photo shoot one day I was there.
The area is good. It's an up-market residential area and I walked safely to the nearby restaurant/bar street a few blocks away and to the historic center a bit further away.
The stay didn't post after I checked out so a week or so later I emailed the front desk with a breakdown of what I expected to post and - surprise - it appeared on my account the next day so make sure you get the hotel's card when you check out.
