May 12 Yvr to LHR A380 offered $898 CAD from Premium Economy to Business
Economy to Premium Economy offered by loudspeaker at gate for $498 CAD
Contrast that with $300 USD cost upgrade when purchasing ticket to upgrade from economy to Premium Economy BUT including the YVR to Lhr leg plus the Lhr to Tlv leg.

No deals here.
