Cash upgrade at gate for China Airlines from E to PE
The data point for this seems to be sparse, so giving it a shot here.

I'm flying Y from LAX to TPE on China Airlines.
The above segment is part of an itinerary redeemed using Delta SkyMiles.

I'm curious 1) what is the cost of upgrading from Y to PE on China Airlines? And 2) any upgrade data point on China Airlines at LAX?
