So how does one figure out whether the price being quoted on sites like Travelocity is for the Premium Economy Basic class? I don't see it listed in the fees, but the change/cancel fees listed are consistent with what EVA quotes for Premium Economy Basic on their website. I was planning to book EVA for my JFK-SIN, PVG-JFK flights next year since $1248 was a great price, but having to pay extra for pre-booking seats has put a serious damper on my enthusiasm.
