I liked getting the voice alerts since the incoming call got more attention from me when I was busy than a text, email or app notice did, plus I could take it while driving. I suppose I could give 35922 a special text alert tone but it's the same number they send all texts from, not just change/cancellations so it'd also play for reminders and baggage claim notifications and the like.
