China has no problem with Chinese -- Han Chinese at least -- visiting Turkey and returning. Indeed, Cappadocia is packed with Chinese tourists riding the hot-air balloons.
You mean Chinese nationals? They can't exactly refuse entry to them. The worst they can do is throw them in a concentration camp.
As for overseas Chinese who do not hold Chinese nationality, I wouldn't be so sure.
