Why can't BA just give up on trying to make paper statements and just improve the online statement, I for one wouldn't mind if the statements on internet were more comprehensive and could go back more than a couple of flights. Maybe they could also make a downloadable version (in excel?). I'm sure every BA member has internet access one way or another.
