If you are a North American Household Account Member you will not have received a written statement since last June. First BA said the statements would be sent out in January, then it was February, then March, now you are told there are computer problems with their new software system so they have no idea when a statement will be sent out for Household Accounts.
By the way if anyone out there is receiving BA miles through AT&T long distance charges, I just rerceived a letter yesterday stating as of August 1, that mileage promotion will be terminated
