Why first night? You need to register every night. On a related topic, a friend who holds a senior position in the police of a major city was telling me that the databases of immigration, residence registration, train and airlines are all integrated. Between this, SIM card registration, payment apps registration and face recognition software, they know where you are all the time. He was telling me that one guy got killed in a bank robbery. They had their man by the end of the day.
