Just received an email from BA tonight for both of our accounts - giving a numeric code with 6 digits, asking us to "Use this to unlock your ba.com account. This code is valid for 30 minutes." Has anyone else received the same? When I logged into one of our accounts, and I got this message "We need to confirm your identity. To ensure the security of your account, please reset your password. We'll send you a code for you to use to log in and ask you to choose a new password." Why are we being asked for this? Hope this does not mean our accounts have been hacked

What should we do now? I need to log into one account to print a boarding pass. Thanks!
