1) We spent 5 nights (Award Stay) at the Sydney Harbour Marriott at Circular Quay starting 4/7. On 4/1 (EDT), I received the below email contact from the following address:

ARRIVING EARLY
For our guests who are arriving early, prior to our check-in time of 3.00pm, whilst we are unable to confirm if a room will be available the hotel has several options available:

Our early arrivals lounge is available complimentary for our guests to relax and refresh - comprising of lounge facilities, free internet Wi-Fi, television, business center facilities, tea & coffee and full shower and change facilities. Should you wish to take this option please advise our Front Desk team on check-in.

Guaranteed early check-in
If you would prefer to guarantee that your room will be ready upon arrival and before our guaranteed check-in time of 3pm, we recommend to pre-register and book your accommodation from the night before. Please let us know if you would like to book an additional night and we would be happy to assist.

Luggage Storage
Luggage storage is available through our bell captain and use of all hotel facilities including the gymnasium and pool are available at all times for your enjoyment. Our concierge team is here to assist and would be happy to arrange and plan any activities in and around the city should you need assistance.
AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION

We were very satisfied with our stays at both properties.
1)Sydney Harbor pre-arrivals lounge was adequate & free. Basically an interior suite with 2 bathrooms for all guest to share. There was coffee, tea and snacks (cookies & fruit, I believe) Our room was available at 10:52 AM. Only upgrade was for the room we prepaid with extra points for Sydney Opera House and partial harbour view K room. Spectacular view!
2)Westin granted us 2pm checkout (in spite of saying only 1pm was usually granted due to them being a Resort property (??). I was pleased by that. Since being downgraded from Platinum to Gold this year, I realize even the 2pm checkout time isn’t guaranteed.
